Frisco is an affluent city located north of Dallas. It is in Collin and Denton counties of Texas. With a continuous growing population, Frisco was the fastest-growing city in the United States from the year 2000 through 2009 and currently has a population of 151,030. CNN listed it as one of the "Best Places to Live" in the nation in 2011, while Forbes ranked it 7th in its list of "America's 25 Best Places To Move."

Serving as a bedroom community for many of the professionals who commute to work in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Frisco has all types of possibilities. With an average median income of $115,603, the top local employers are the Frisco Independent School District, T-Mobile, AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group and the City of Frisco. With both Dallas airports just a 25 mile drive away, the world is yours to work and discover.
The residents of Frisco, TX are mainly served by the Frisco Independent School District (Frisco ISD), with some of the outer areas being in the Lewisville Independent School District, Little Elm Independent School District, and Prosper Independent School Districts. There are currently eight high schools in the area, thirteen middle schools in Frisco and Frisco ISD also has thirty-seven elementary schools. It has a 97% graduation rate, with 60% of those obtaining a bachelor degree or higher. Keeping up with the growth in Frisco, two brand new schools just opened at the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year.
Frisco is a young, wellness conscience community. With an average age of 36, it recently opened the Frisco Athletic Center, featuring an indoor and outdoor aquatic center, an upscale state-of-the-art fitness area, two full-size gyms, two aerobics studios and recreation classrooms. It is also offers an outdoor velodrome, the Superdrome and a state-of-the-art, Olympic-size natatorium. Frisco, TX has a love for all athletics and is home to a NHL hockey team headquarters, a Major League Soccer team, a junior ice hockey league headquarters, a Minor League baseball team, and an NBA D-league team, the NCAA Division I conference headquarters plus several other sporting venues. The headquarters of Dallas Cowboys will be joining them in 2016.
